We are looking for a Project Manager to join us in the successful Service business unit and its Product Integrity & Technology Department in our office in Brande (Denmark). You will be part of an international and diverse team, based primarily in Denmark,Spainand Germany. The team oversees projects which are in the engineering processes and tools, but the same area an bring great opportunities to expand or swift to more technical projects in the services - after sales engineering.
How to contribute to our visionIn this position the Project Manager will have the opportunity to manage diverse projects in an engineering and technical environment, being the engineering processes and tools a key area for the Services Product Integrity and Technology due to the integration of different engineering teams, methods and tools.
You will be the person that connects all involved parties in the engineering processes & tools project from first internal kick-off intake phase up to handover to the processes or deliverables to the users. You will also be responsible for the coordination of stakeholders and their representatives in the project. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate and support the technical experts on the elaboration of the proper plans for completion on time, cost and quality, providing a high communication and transparency on scopes, risks and progress to theSteecoand affected parties.
Furthermore, you will manage the project specific documentation, as well as define deliverables and deadlines to and from the involved parties and project execution team.
If required in the project, you will travel few days to European offices to provide face to face impulse to the projects. This however is rarely needed.

A proactive and innovative teamplayer with systematic and qualitative approachto assignments,as well as the ability to keep an overview under pressure. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsfor daily interaction with stakeholders high and low in the organization.
You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similarandamin5+years’ relevant experience in engineering design areas, including project management experience. Having experience working in the wind industry, together withknowledge of engineering processes and a basic knowledge about turbine technologyis an advantage.Ideally, you are familiar with engineering disciplines associated with the design of wind turbines, and preferably with design changes, operation and maintenance for wind turbine and auxiliary component assemblies.
You are fluent in English both orally and in writing; Spanish would be a plusbut is not mandatory.
