How to contribute to our visionIn close collaboration the Site Manager will be responsible for the safe execution of projects around the world. The projects are to be executed within the project’s timeframe to the SGRE quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards and financials restraints according to the contract and PM principles. While continue to protect SGRE’s interest you should endeavor to maintain good customer relationship and satisfaction.
Additionally, the Site Manager will be planning and cooperating with all stakeholders on site assuring that the project is on track, that the communication flow is intact, that all HSE requirement are uphold, oversee the project budget, time schedule as well as cooperating with the local farmers, police, fire brigade etc.
On site, you will be responsible for leading the overall execution of the project I close cooperation with your site team, overseeing subcontractors, transport, installation, crane and civil work. Together with the Installation lead you will coordinate installation activities, commissioning, energization, TOC towards the customer and hand over to service.
It is expected that there will be 320 days per Year on site all over the world, there is in a rotation within the team of 6 weeks out and 2 weeks off.

A structured front runner, who can communicate with various internal and external stakeholders. You thrive being on installation sites all over the world and You will also oversee HSE on site, therefore it is of advantage that you have experience and strong commitment to safety, health, environment and quality.
You hold a degree within mechanical-, electrical- or construction engineering with minimum +5 years of experience from similar positions. Experience from the Wind industry is an advantage.
Additionally, it is vital that you are prepared to take upon a position that requires a lot of travelling. Having a high level of English is essential, as it is the corporate language of Siemens Gamesa.
To qualify for this position, you must either live or be willing to relocate to Denmark, additionally, you speak at least one Scandinavian language.
