The job content varies, but includes:
- Identification of challenges, conducting analysis, and developing solutions
- Delivering results for clients by applying appropriate methodologies, tools and insights
- Managing own work against a project plan by delivering in time and in expected quality
- Interacting with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to optimally serve clients
- Presentation of ideas or cases using clear and concise messaging

You are either a master student finalizing your studies within the next year, newly graduated or have 1-2 years of relevant work experience. You want to work at either our Copenhagen or Aarhus office, and you are expected to have a passion for transforming how businesses operate, optimisation projects, supply chain management or similar.
You are eager to learn new things and enjoy being part of a robust and feedback-oriented culture, where your personal and professional development is in focus. You have a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving, enabling you to work in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks. As a management consultant, you will collaborate with various stakeholders which is why we value excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are proficient in written and spoken English, and you are willing to travel if the needs of our clients require you to do so.
