We recognize that all diversity factors are important and have set a commitment to increase diversity at the team level. Diversity is broader than gender and also includes generation and nationality. To increase the share of diverse teams, we track and monitor the mix of diversity in all teams on director level and above. The ambition is to reach a share of 75% diverse teams before 2025 through natural turnover.
